He took over the Waverly-Shell Rock High School baseball program at age 20, and all he's done is turn it into one of the most respected teams in Iowa. Head Coach Casey Klunder joins the show to share exactly how he fulfills each chance he gets to make the most of what he calls his "undeserved opportunity." He takes us through how he aligned every level from Little League up through the HS Varsity team, the importance of getting student-athletes off "autopilot," building relationships through sports, and why it's imperative for coaches to never stop learning.
