He's a husband, father, ultramarathoner, assistant athletic director, head baseball coach, and certified mental performance coach. Indianola High School's Jon Fitzpatrick joins the show to discuss his new role as the head baseball coach at Indianola after holding the same role at Martensdale St. Mary's.
Fitzpatrick helps coaches build a bridge to connect where their program is now to their vision for their program's future. He jumps into his first steps in what is now the third head coaching position of his career after first taking over as a head coach at just 22 years old.
